Refunds

TaminInc.com does not offer refunds on these services: web design, ecommerce, marketing, T-network and reseller pro. We only offer a 7 days money back guaranteed on your hosting fees which will be prorated based on your cancellation date. There is no refund on any project once we've started that project.

Custom Design
TaminInc.com reserves the right to keep all custom website designed by us unless the client pays for the design work. This includes logo, graphics, art, etc. If we design your website from scratch, once your final payment has been made, only then shall you have full rights to the design. If your final payment is not made, then we reserve the right to resell that design.

Uptime Guaranteed

If your shared / reseller server has a physical downtime that is not within the 99.9% uptime you may receive one month of credit on your account. Approval of the credit is at the discretion of HostGator dependent upon justification provided. Third party monitoring service reports may not be used for justification due to a variety of factors including the monitor's network capacity/transit availability. The uptime of the server is defined as the reported uptime from the operating system and the Apache Web Server which may differ from the uptime reported by other individual services.
